Well let’s start off with Gee-offG the movie Ironman is a very good movie. The action in it is very good and the main character lives a very good life with sexy cars and what's not to like about being able to fly. Next I will comment on KOW's response to saying he liked the movie top gun. Top gun is the classiest movie maybe ever. My friends and I have an idea of dressing like one of the pilots of our choice like iceman or maverick or maybe even goose and acting like them for senior trip. We also had the idea of acting out the beach volleyball scene so we could get many ladies. Playing volleyball in torn white jeans and oiled up bodies.
I would have to agree with anyone who said that adam sandler and will ferrell movies are really good because its true. Then i agree with sir dorian that back in are days of being lad's the cool thing to do was watch people joust and stone the losers hahah... Then whats with this American History X... why would i wanna watch a movie about skin heads HAIL HITLER :^'0 i kno everyone likes my hitler drawing... It looks like a terrible movie
I would have to say I agree with Dana in liking basically all Adam Sandler movies. He is hilarious and if I ever need a good laugh I know I can always watch one of his movies. Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison tie in being my favorites of Adam Sandler movies. On a more serious side I love the Wedding Singer. Well mainly just the part on the plane when he sings “I Wanna Grow Old with you”. I too like The Notebook and The Butterfly Effect. I would have to say with the Notebook I feel in love with the book before the movie. I love Nicholas Sparks’ books! Right now I’m reading “The Lucky One” and it’s really good! Anyways back to movies, I really like The Butterfly Effect because it makes you think, and well I love thinker movies!
I agree with Alyssa, 80s movies are great. The Breakfast Club is still such a good movie, even though it's over 20 years old. I also absolutely love Fight Club because true, it's a fictional story, but the fact that it displays what could actually be going on in someone's mind is completely astounding.
Wow, a lot of people love Adam Sandler and Will Ferrel! I must admit those guys are hilarious. I really liked watching Will Ferrel in "Elf" around Christmas. Adam Sandler was good in "Click" too. Also, I agree with Kurt FIRE! that the old "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" was great. One of my favorite moments is when the fat, greedy kid was eating chocolate out of the chocolate lake, and he fell in and got sucked up a pipe. Great stuff.
I agree with Michelle because she said that she liked the movie Cruel Intentions. I also am going to comment on Emily's post because she said she liked the movie Fight Club. I happen to be madly in love with Edward Norton and that movie. Though its required to just respond to two posts, I'm going to have to be a rebel and respond to 3 posts, well technically just about everybody's. I agree with anyone who said they like Adam Sandler, obviously.
I totally am going to disagree with SirChristoph, im going to start out by saying i hate will ferrel! i think he is so annoying. He is just so loud and stupid. I mean in some of his movies he can be okay, but in alot of them i hate him. And i would also like to comment micheles blog. I love the movie breakfast club. It really shows how high school kids select their groups and shows you first hand of how a teens life my be like. It may not be 100% correct with all the "clicks" but alot of it is true.
hahahahah! SirChirstoph is the man. I totally agree with you man. I could totally replay and react every scene in the movie top gun and even anchorman. god darn! i love me some will. ELE! haha hes the funniest man alive. So i love the movie anchorman by the way.and if i could be a character from top gun it would be ice man. becuase maverick has trust issues with himself and goose dies so that leaves ice man. and plus hes sweet.SirChristoph am i smelling a movie night monday? okay and micheles blog says history x is one of the best movies ever. i have to see it sometime. i hope its good.
and rose i have not forgot about your grilled cheese and soup!!!
I would have to agree with Michele and Emily on American History X and Fight Club. I love these incredible movies. The incredible way the actors and directors suck you into the plot and suspense is outstanding. I love the acting of Ed Norton as well. He is truly one of the greatest of all time. Although his characters in these movies are completely different, he does an incredible job of portraying each. I forgot, while watching these movies, that he had been in any other movies. Ha Ha. I commend Emily and Michele on these two great picks and I am disappointed with the nay-sayers who judge without even watching.
Well, I seem to have a completely different set of favorites than anyone else. Gee-off, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl is a good one, but in my humble opinion, it's definitely not one of the best. Agreeing with Kyle, The Terminator and almost any movie chock-full of explosions is destined for a special place in my heart. I'm surprised to see The Breakfast Club out there, I never really saw much to love in it. Except the stoner kid with the cool hair. I liked him almost as much as I like you, Mario.
I'm going to have to agree with Kyle about Will Ferrell movies. I just think that man is hilarious and he can play a lot of different roles, unlike a lot of other comedians. On the other hand, I agree with Kurt when he says that The Breakfast Club doesn't really have any admirable qualities. I really hate movies that try to show that "we're all not so different after all" or that even though we're from different cliques we can still be friends. We can't. The end.
Im going to start out by saying that dana is correct about Adam Sandler. He is straght i good actor. I love all of his movies. Yet, my favorite is probably Billy Madison. And im going to have to say that i disagree with Gee-off and pirates of the caribbean. I think that those movies are for the most poart pretty dull. They always put me to sleep before their over. I think those movies work better than NyQuil on making me fall asleep!
i personally liked What Chris said about will ferrel and i would also agree with emily about the breakfast club. when i started watching the breakfast club i thought it was going to be bad, but it turned out to be really pretty good. and kurt fire is the man for being a man.

ReplyDeleteI am afraid that I do not like Cheech and Chong. I don't think that I really have to explain why.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kurt Fire about Gene Wilder. He is an amazing man.
