My soul music touches. Certain music makes memories arise from the depths of our souls. A first kiss, a warm sunny day, a loved lost - all of these momments evoke melodious sounds from memorable songs. Painful or joyous, these moments are worthy of remembrance, and the music embraces them all!
Music is beauty. Music is power. Music is emotion. No other art expresses the human soul in such a diverse and intense way. In scientific terms, music is merely a sequence of specific frequencies of audible vibrations in rhythm that stimulate the human brain. However, music is much more than timbre and measure. Just as Earth is dependent on the Sun for the energy that sustains life, humans depend on music for emotional expression, so that they might not lose themselves in the maelstrom of love and hate, joy and sorrow, hope and despair that they experience in everyday life. Music is not just sound; it is the most tangible form of the human soul.
